You don't often find cochinita pibil at Mexican restaurants as it is a regional specialty. They do a very good job of it. Excellent service. I got a glass of jamaica to drink. It comes with a free refill, which I didn't know. The waitress gave it to me in a to-go glass. That was really appreciated.

Just outside West Valley and absolutely worth the short drive. One of the best Mexican spots in the valley — the shrimp enchiladas, chile relleno, and chili verde are all fantastic, and the homemade chips and salsa might be some of the best you'll ever have. Real cheese on everything too, not the processed stuff, which makes a huge difference. Came here at the suggestion of a coworker, and have to say it’s one of the best Mexican restaurants in the valley by far! The food is terrific, large portions and very flavorful. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and attentive, the interior is very colorful and clean. It was a very enjoyable experience and I will be sure to be back again!
Extraordinarily clean and professional. Sometimes these smaller restaurants get a bad reputation about their facilities being less than optimal, I can tell that that is not the case here. Staff was friendly, and the restaurant was immaculate with beautiful decor. I highly suggest to anyone looking for some high-quality food and a great place to meet.
Ive been coming here since I was a kid and El Habanero has always consistently had great service and incredible food, AND for a really good price dispite everything happening with the economy. Im always recomending this place to freinds and loved ones. If you're looking for good mexican food this is THE place. Ive moved away now and find myself missing this place daily! These guys have done awesome for the 20 years ive been around and I hope they're around another 20 more. :)
